Where are these things manufactured ? Isnt there a free trade agreement going on if they are made in the USA, which should make some of the import taxes lower.

Gas belongs in bbq's not petrol engines.

Looking to buy a hundred series for a tow car.

Question i have. If i buy a petrol auto. Can you just buy a diffrent bellhousing and bolt a 1hz to the petrol auto? Or a petrol manual?

Not "nit picking" just constructive critism. If your aiming for an ultra 4 style event then applying their rules makes the most sense to me, no?
If someone is allowed to skirt around an obstacle wouldnt that come off a bit more unfair in total times if you avoid an obstacle?

I'm all for making people work their way around. No tape lifting. Sorta defeats the purpose of interval running of the same track in my opinion.

from a spectators point of view most unorganised 4wd comp I have ever been to. the price was also outragious for people who got there later in the arvo to watch the night stages and they cancelled the stage. the last stage that run before the night stage was also very unsafe as it wouldnt of taken ...

I use to work for arb and did factory tour 3 years ago.
They were manufacturing all parts there then. So unless someone heard of a few layoffs I'd say they are still made here. Plus they had just bought a 5-axis twin tabled Cnc that had a tslot table that held 4 different jobs at once. Lotta money ...

locktup sell an ARP stud kit for them. That coupled with 10mm dowels is plenty strong. holds up to my 40" sticky tyres well

I'm all for this option. Already upgraded to the 10mm grade 12 cap head bolts and washers. But none of the after market axles come drilled to suit 10mm so I'm going to ...

I used 3mm wall for bed and legs to chassis on this. Didnt have anything bend and 2 blokes can lift it is not heavy. Also use 3mm checkerplate as 2 will sag in between braces.

I'm no expert but just medium wall tube (3.2) is heaps and easy to get. I generally use 6mm for mount plates, And 2mm sheet to fill bits in...
