I reckon so. I'd wind the fuel back up and drop the boost a little. OR stop guessing and get it professionally tuned.
Completely the opposite actually. EGT temps will drop with more boost and less fuel.
I'm thinking either a blockage in the intercooler or a boost leak.
I was under the ...

There is some serious issues if you need 60PSi to burn 120CC of fuel. 120CC of fuel in a well intercooled/turboed TD42 will yield 150RwKw all day on 35" tyres at 23-27 Psi with good safe AFR's. Which equates to around 200RwHp, its a very common upgrade fuel figure which always yields the 150RwKw ...

On further thought that would not work so well.
You need better material for the crank if you stroke it,the stresses on it are tremendous once you start spinning it with big heavy pistons, throw lots of boost and fuel at it then take it all out at one end with big sticky tyres.
Aren't the Brian ...

Few small things to remember here, if you are maintaining manifold pressure with an efficient turbo the heat spread spoken about will be significantly less.
What you must remember is that boost is actually a measurement of pressure in the "manifold" and engine system , so in effect the boost is ...

Be realistic with what you want to achieve, ring swaffie regarding your pump and what combo you want to run as he is in the local area and will advise your accordingly.
He will also give you some other turbo options that will deliver a better result than the two options that you have suggested.
