I got a 92 75series 1hz

What Revs @ 100k's? about 2300revs or there abouts, if you go up to 110 it starts to climb and 130 is up around 2800-3000 from memory
Stock - 31x10.5 15's bridge duelers

i get between 14-15L per 100k's

run it on pure biodiesel

bloke i buy my bio off has a piece of equipment you can use to heat up your fuel line, basically the engines coolant runs thru one side of the piece, and the bio runs thru the other side, it heats up the metal i was told to keep a spare fuel filter, he had 1 guy last year have to swap fuel filters ...

im running on 100% biodiesel, exhaust smells like olive oil that is burning slightly in a frying pan i guess u could say, most ppl cant smell it tho dont know how many k's i was getting on normal diesel as i just got the truck and have put bio in it straight up anyway got 180 litres sitting in tanks ...

Just an extra thought for you to consider: diesels typically require more servicing (thus more $$$) than their petrol counterparts. true, but u would get more k's out of it, so if its a long term investmetn its worth it also if you can get bio diesel then u save quite a bit in fuel, so will get ...

what the topic says, like dogs who are confined to teh showring generally degenerate, i see the same thing happening with 4bys, newer models made to look good, and handle better onroad, with not as much importance put onto offroad ability

ive got the same problem, it is intermittent on mine, will be fine for a week and then it will go stiff for a day

my mech looked at it briefly and said it was either the steering box or the steeering wheel to box pole thingy that was at fault

diesel vs petrol and gas

were looking at getting a lux as our 2nd 4by, mainly as a hunting rig on weekends but during week being a daily driver around town

what i want to know is what are your thoughts on diesel vs petrol and gas for luxes

at the moment i am leaning towards a petrol and getting gas conv done on it.

could be the carby, i had problems with mine, they get choked up quite easily i was told

would only go up hills in 1st, and then at a crawl
got the carby rebuilt and the part that gets sticky redrilled bigger and its been ok, still a PITA tho at times

atleast i get up hills in 3rd now
