Hi - can someone help me.
I want to change my email address and my address on my profile but the system is not allowing me to do it.

I am in Mooloolaba, so if one of the caretakers of this forum is in Queensland and I can ring them to discuss it - then that will be great.

What a disappointment

Drove two hours to Landcruiser park on Friday afternoon to watch the winch challenge.

Man it was no winch challenger at all, four trucks involved and over the three stages, there were 4 places they had to winch.

Very very disappointed in what I saw - you boys need to get over to NZ and see our ...

So how do you guys get away with your Nissans on the Sun Shine Coast, smaller tyres ? I have some 31" orignal Nissan ones.

I am sure I saw one or two V8's when I followed the Outback challenge around in 2006

In NZ the smallest head that Donaldson supply is 100mm, that is what I used on my steel 100mm snorkle.

So you need to watch out for the correct diameter to fit your tube

I use 98 octane in my LT1 - its the only fuel(other than gas) to run it on. 98 octane has a higher RON rating than the highest octane in the states

Correct me if I am wrong - but as I understand it ARB compressors are designed for lockers NOT pumping up your tyres.

When we had a guided tour through ARB factory in Melbourne - thats what the tec guy told us Kiwis

Go endless air if you want to pump tyres up.

I have an older ARB compressor for ...

thanks guys for your responses

No we dont have GU shortys here in NZ, my truck has quite a lot of gear on it, lower ratio diffs, 45% reduction gears in ther box, fr & rr lockers. So it is very well setup, however yes a GU shorty would be better

The 85% have been quoted from Marks site as $1250 incl GST, think the 43% are around the same price.

Does anyone know where they are cheaper - Snake Racing are much the same price

will shorting the rod have the same effect as what Marks do - they supply a sleeve which you press fit into the existing Nissan slave and then use their smaller dia piston. Apparently it makes for a longer travel with the pedal

Rock Crawler gears - help needed

Having recently repowered my shorty GQ with a LT1 chevy, I find that I have no engine braking going down hills - having to use the brake pedal far too much even in low first

At the moment my own thoughts are to go with the 43 ...

GQ SHORTY CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER KIT - HELP NEEDED

Having repowered my Nissan Shorty with a LT1 chevy I find the clutch pedal only travels a short distance from the floor before it engages.
