G'day I have a shorty mav that has a 2 inch lift and 33's BFG and to me it looks like yours has dropped a little bit may be 1/2 to 1 inch

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody has done or had done a mid wheel base conversion on a SWB GQ patrol. and just how much it all Cost $$$$. Also any pic of MWB's would be great thank.

I know pig dog, And he already has F100 which are 7.5 inch deep rims on the scat. Also there is no way he could put the rims on backwards because he has front and rear drum bracks. PS the only reson that he can't turn is because he got 35's exetrem trek on the old scat.

I agree with gas will go up. but also after owning my gas mavrick I've been on trips in diesal's and the diesal is much easyer and less stress because they do get longer distance from a tankof fuel. But also some places you can't even get gas. I had owned the mav for two years and there has always ...

Can any body help me out, i've just sold my swb mav that was on gas and i'm looking at buying a GU TD42 ute. But before I do I want to know much fuel they use ( L per 100KM) because i travel 300k's a week. Also how u would think they would handle doing that amout of k's

I have a swb mav running on gas and it work out to be about one $1 cheaper per hundred k's then my mate's GQ lwb TD42.

I've got a GQ shorty petrol and mine is on gas i would hate to have to run it on straight petrol for a daily driver $$$$. but if it's on gas with 280.000km on the clock th head is probly stuffed. Mind has got that amout km's and it's on it's second head.

i've heard that a good Gu front end is very hard to get and they are worth about $2500. Also i am going to be striping my GQ down in a e month if you are still after some GQ diffs.

with the gas tank lifted you wouln't have to worry about gas lines and how long they are. when doing the body lift.

Thank's for the info. I have been looking into it. and it looks like iam goindg to be up for about $3500 to $4000 grand to put a 5 inch under it. at the moment its my every day car but i am looking at having it ready for a few comps by this time next year. i already has a 2 inch lift and 33 BFG ...

5 inch lift on SWB mav

hi. I have a shorty mav and i am just starting to do it up. But i cant decide what to go with a body lift and springs or just springs. So can any body tell me if it is werth put a 5 inch lift under a SWB car. How would it handle. going flat out in the bush.
