The new bearings are different to old,,races are a bit wider, (havn't measured with Mic.) and the bearings have a rubber seal on the outside. Plugs have to be removed to replace bearings so I'm hoping that since they are not included in the bearing kit they are not required and that they have ...

Swivel Hub Bearings Q???

Replacing the Swivel Bearings on an 88 Mav, left side went O.K.,,pulled apart the right side and found that it has plugs under the bearings..Left side didn't, these plugs seal the bearings off from the C.V. joint, kinda like a Welsh plug.......the bearing kit I bought dosen't include the plugs ...
