Good luck on the tyres ,but the body lift as far as l'm aware all you need to do is fill in a form at Transport dept and pay 60 bucks or something like that unless it's changed because when we were fitting them we were sending the customer to DT and had no knockbacks!!!2in only though !!

What i am saying is that the effect of static balancing is the same as holding a pushbike wheel while it's spinning.(NJ is correct in what he is saying about the gyroscope effect) You could also get a similar effect with dynamic if not performed correctly there is a reason wheel weights are on ...

Where abouts in Ipswich are you i can put you onto a mate of mine for a price if you like.I would think you would pay some where around $300/$400 for a clutch kit probably $250/$350 to fit it and somewhere around $100 per uni fitted .Only guessing though .. Chilli

mrx yours should 15x7's i sell them for $58 ,the chromies are about the right price Kings are supposed to be better quality the welds are better than others not sure what the chromings like they tell us it's superior than others ,as is the Powdercoating on the whites.. Chilli

I recently sold a 12/92 turbo diesel GXL with 315/75x16's, 5 inch lift air locker, alloy bar etc etc nice tidy vehicle with 350000 it wasn't a multivalve but it did go as good as any multivalve i've driven and i've driven heaps ! i sold it for $19500 Fuel economy was great 700k's main tank 1200ks ...

Trent i notice no ones replied,i cant help a great deal but i can tell you i,ve got a v6 commodore motor in my surf i run a 75 series cruiser radiator with a thermo and in never gets hot even when 4bing on the hottest day. i hope this will help! Chilli

seized tie rods

BEWARE if your adjusting l/cruiser tie rods if they appear to be very tight they are very easy to pop out of the Joint so be carefull l've popped 3 or 4 trying to wheel align them!!!! Chilli

Mate i did a lift on my surf and had to do he same i used a piece of 5mm flat and simply cut the original bracket in 1/2 and welded the flat in between the 2 pieces of bracket it's strong and unless you went looking you wouldn't know!!
