Not my TJ so I can't comment on the swap over, all I know is it's a good neat TJ. I'll have another look around for you. But here are a few TJ's I know to start with: http://carpoint.com.au/used-car/JEEP/WRANGLER/Victoria/1568803.aspx http://carpoint.com.au/used-car/JEEP/WRANGLER/Victoria/1445492 ...

Seems to be OK, really with any car it comes down to what you are happy paying for. The RWC certificate certainly helps, just make sure it has a slip for the engine change over. Looks like a nice neat unit, obviously look over it for obvious rust and chassis cracks before handing over the $$$$. As ...

Well Dave you've opened a bag of worms here ;) Yes you will need a slip yoke eliminator, cost vaires and will depend if you fit it yourself. Fairly easy job to do, just is a bit time consuming. I'm currently running the pedes on my TJ and I have been running 35's for almost 3 years now, my theory on ...

M8 I'd seriously be looking at the tie rod ends and ball joints. In reality a good steering set-up should not need the steering dampener, if a steering dampener "fixes" the problem then you need to look else where as the steering dampener will only be masking the problem. I would bet it's a tie rod ...

CN is right to fit 32's your looking at at least a 2" lift. There are PLENTY of 2nd hand OME kits floating aorund, we have about 4 here at the workshop. 15x8 rims are the way to go if your looking at a tyre bigger than 10.5" wide, what tyres are you putting on? Stock as a rock I personaly wouldn't ...

N*A*M if your looking at a modern day Chero I agree with Lockee, you may have a prob with it being pushed around it a bit. On the other hand; Why not look at an older style Chero, maybe 84-87. 3 tonne of Jeep with a nice 360 in the front which can be easily converted to gas, these are also a nice ...

Tuffrangie, the reason the swaybar links are probably shagged is becuase it's been wheeld off road with the sway bar links still connected. This would be the ideal time to get some quick disconects to help stop that problem in the future. I can certainly help you out there or Wooders is also a Jeep ...

Tuffy, they could well be 3.73. We are just about to do an install of 3.73 into a manual for a customer, that ratio is great for 31's. The 3.73 are a cheap ratio change over as you only have to replace the front hemishpere to suit the new ratios. Did I mention I love the colour of your TJ, you don't ...
