Radio Codes

I have to get my starter motor re-done and thus have been locked out of my radio. Is there anyway of working out what it is without going into Holden as I was told I would have to take it down to the stealership.

Thanks Fellas

Indicator removal

I have just purchased a 1998 rodeo and need to remove the indicators to remove a sticker. Do they just pop out? If so which way?

Thanks for the help.
