Re: Choosing a battery charger?
Thanks for the replies guys
At the moment I can't drive so it is to be used for keeping my batteries in decent health while not in use. Hopefully I will be able to drive again soon and it will then be a maintenance thing to make sure they are kept in good condition.

NP vs NS School me please :)
Hi Guys, Looking at the late 05 NP (with MATT) compared to the newer 06 onwards NS. Apart from the looks are they really much different :?: Engine - The bible states that the newer common rail has slightly less power with common rail, I'm guessing that is due to the addition of a DPF. So apart from ...

Re: hilux vs navara
If you're looking at dual cabs and putting mates into the rear seat, try sitting in the rear seat in anything you're planning to buy. Mate just did this because of now having a child and wanted something that would be comfortable touring for the kid in the back when she gets out of a child seat. I ...

Re: Best material for a box trailer?
Thanks for the info so far guys ;) Gal chassis seems to be the go, might look at having two removable boxes for it; that way I can have a general box trailer for most of the year and swap it with a purpose built camper that is aero dynamic and stores stuff logically instead of stuffing it all in the ...

Best material for a box trailer?
I am wanting a long lasting box trailer that can handle the rigors of travelling to the cape and outback where it is going to cop billions of rocks flying at it, plenty of salt/sand spray and the stresses of riding over all of the corrugations that come along with driving to these places. I want it ...

How to measure 2 miles
Purchased an electronic speedo and to calibrate it I need a peice of road 2 miles long that I can drive slowly on.
Found road but how the hell do I measure 2 miles exactly without a slow walk with a metre ruler?

Size it up for the engine bay, would be great but i think you might need a rear mount radiator to fit it in and as said before heavier springs (less flex). As for the box i would be getting the whole engine and box complete; slap on an adapter plate and mount the lux tranfercase to it that way your ...

Lucky we don't love in England as it is illegal to make your own bio diesel over there. The reason is because you are not paying excise on the fuel & the government is missing out on revenue  Actually if you aren't charging yourself excise and declaring it on your tax in Australia it is tax ...
