P.S 3D Cad looks Niiiiiice :) Done in solidworks? I use Turbo CAD for Mac to draw and Gibbs Cam for the machining.I have solid works but prefer the simplicity of Turbo CAD. Well we have pushed the 4 core to the max in Zac's WA comp Truck and he wanted more so I came up with this.

Looks like every thing fitted nicely, sorry I don't have a pic of the Genuine 1HZ gasket for the exhaust.

well your intercooler and heat exchanger arnt working properly, you need a bigger heat exchanger, theres no point having an intercooler running above 100 degrees. alot of factory fitted water to air coolers do this under extreme conditions Have to agree, The heat exchanger is too small for the ...

Anti Freeze Anti Boil is only required where you have an issue with freezing, Glycol is 30% less efficient than water at transferring heat, So if you can only run a suitable anti corrosion inhibitor.

A water wetter may aid heat transfer too.
