The time has come - flights are booked, December 14th I'm on a plane.
That also means the Feroza and all the spares has to go -

The Roza is going soon
:(
Actually, am moving overseas, to a place where all cars have their wheels on the left, so the Roza's gotta go.
It will be listed on Ebay for $1 for parts, cause no one is going to buy it to register I think!
Anyway, going now if anyone is interested are

thx for the advice all.
Local mechanic wants $350 for the clutch kit (seems a bit exy!) and 350-400 for the labour and misc (machining, oil seal, etc). I have replaced the motor before as well as strip the second motor and rebuild the head - whilst I haven't done a clutch nefore, I am at least game ...

Just went to the parts store.... The head in the Roza is 'gone' so went to find out the cost of a new gasket set...
You see, I am trying to work out whether to fix the head I have (burnt out valves or seats), or just get a whole 'nother engine...
I nearly fell over - $250 for the TOP HALF ONLY ...

Extractors - interested to know if anyone wants them
All,
Last week I purchased a brand new set of Lukey extractors and had fitted - painted matt black, they connect to the block and then to the standard CAR.
This week engine has no compression (this is the second engine gone in 3 months. I think my ECU has been running it way lean and has stuffed a ...

Gearbox Leaking
Hey all - need some advice.... (as always!)
Since the new engine is in the gearbox is now leaking oil - I think on the join between box and clutch (where the spindle comes out) - maybe I was a bit rough rejoining the two :(
Is there a seal or bearing or something there? Any idea? Gearbox is ...

missing under power, popping on deceleration
Hey all,
New engine is in fine (though I think the gearbox is leaking oil!! Well, something is, but not much so anywho...)
IT idles wonderfully - if not a little fast.
Under power though, it misfires a lot. And when you are out of the throttle letting it slow in gear, it does a coco-pops ...

Got the manual in print and PDF (like, the real one!) - drawings are pathetic for most - the only one I can be sure of is the charcoal cannister (in the engine section anyway) - if there is a better pic somewhere...... In the 'replace engine' thingy it just says 'connect blah blah and blah' - about ...

THanks mate .....
My old one had the charcoal canister from the throttle body - this has an outlet at the back of the throttle body for it (F310 thing) - the motor is quite a bit newer than the car.... :)
Pic is welcome! I know it is wrong somewhere, but with 8 lines playing mix'n'match could take ...
