turbo timer

I have a 2.8 TD Rodeo 2002, it has done 150ks and doesn't have a turbo timer. I am a bit anal about letting it idle for a bit after pulling up. My question is are they a good idea and if so what model is best?

GQ Mudflaps

I have an ST (I think) with factory flaired guards and mud flaps, the mud flaps brackets are rusty (along with my rear sliding windows) and was wondering what others do when replacing the mud flaps/spats. I was quoted $220 each.. which I won't be paying.
