Milford Cargo Barrier in 100 Series - Help

Post by me3@neuralfibre.com »

Does anyone have a Milford Cargo barrier fitted to their 100 series? If yes, could you tell me what it mounts to. I picked one up second hand for a reasonable price, but get a nasty feeling I may need to a fitting kit to add mount points. I am starting to think it doesn't mount to the factory handles etc.

Any help appreciated

Thanx

My mounting points were all done by the installer. The top mounts are inbetween the factory handle holes, my handles are still fitted, bit of a bugger to remove the barrier though. Bottom mounts are between the child seat strap mounts from memory, the barrier sits almost on the join of the carpet.

You will need the kit to suit and the instructions as holes need to be drilled and mounts fitted.

We had this very same problem. The mount kit is worth around $115 from memory.

Have fun fitting it yourself I fittied my own -prick of a job drilling a hole in the upper shell between the handles and then getting the backing plate in the right place Took me about 5 hours and a lota swearing First side took about 4hrs when I worked it out the second side took 1 hr
I would pay someone too install it as Im sure they done it a 1000 times and the could do it with their eyes closed!!!!!!!
