Im guessing that the axle has not been centered with the correct panhard length to match the lift.lewy wrote:Gday all i have heard of people saying that caster plates can just snap or brake.

All had the right length panhards, gq n series 1 gu left hand inner plates are not fully welded and crack the small stitch welds there, the rest seem OK. The 80 series had a 3" lift and its common for them to crack their mounts. When flexed alot the plates get work harden and crack at the first ridgid point, the diff housing. I have repaired quite a few of these.rOd wrote:Im guessing that the axle has not been centered with the correct panhard length to match the lift.lewy wrote:Gday all i have heard of people saying that caster plates can just snap or brake.
