Mine is exact same. I have tried massive pullers. Hand Hydraulic puller and hammer to no conclusion.

If i get picky(which i do sometimes) i might cut the arm off the spline, or cut so it at least expands over the spline. And go buy a new one. Simple. :?

go to super crap or repco bursons ect and buy a pitman arm puller.
they are under $50 and you can't wreck the box.

My stock pitman arm was too small for the ones supercheap sold so I ended up using a 3 jaw gear puller

I have broken 2 super cheap pitman pullers. I had to cut mine off with a dremal. Standard pitman arms can be very hard to find.

got it off last night. Used a 2 jaw puller got it nice and tight then using a old axle shaft as a drift gave the pit arm a couple of solid hits around the outside with a 1.5kg hammer. dropped straight off. I tried using a three jaw puller originaly but it would not pull straight so i gave up on that idea.
