Hey I was just wondering if anyone has any info on the suspension setup that is in wild violet
Spring hieght?
Body lift?
Shock length etc etc

Only have the the basics and this was in Sept 2002 -- so things may have changed.
• 75mm body lift
• 100mm suspension lift
• Rancho 9000 shocks with in-car controls

His tyres are probably a bit bigger then yr 29" thats why it look so high

I realized his tyres are bigger, I just goin by the position of his rim as opposed to the body and its a fair way under
And i dont have any 29" rubber

also the red bitch rangie.......... I beleive this one has 6" total lift (not sure if its 4" Spring 2" BL or 3" both ways)

In those pics i think both vehicles are on 38" TSLs, not 100% sure though.

from the pics you posted Wild Violet has indeed undergone change -- new rubber is obvious.
When I got the specs back in '02, WV was running 35” Simex Centipedes
with Maxidrive diff locks front and rear.

Noice.
Funny how the rear over hang doesn't look like that much of a problem when you a running that sort of lift and tyre combo.
Stunned by how much the axle is moving forward on WV under articulation - rear steer big time.
Must have some good high spring rates - with my rates and that lift I would spend most of my time lying down...

I believe that is correct and its also running GQ xfercase and a different transmission aswell...
Aparently its still powered from a Carb 3.5 rover
As for WV I dont know much about her thats why I am askin...... what diffs? engine?
She is deffinately a bigger beast now thou

Hi guys im new to this so please be nice as it will take a while to get the swing of things
petes wild vilot has a 4.6 rover eng std gear box & maxi drives f/r & yes they are 38" boggers 12" ranchos with modified shock mounts springs not sure any more as there has been so many in there.

Too Short - gonna need at least 1 inch spacers maybe more....
