Only if the poly blocks caused the crash. The insurance company would need to demonstrate that the accident would probably have been avoided but for the poly blocks - that, had the blocks been alloy, the accident could have been avoided.

Mate its all 100% legit. From what I've heard it's been common practice for a while that high density polyethylene blocks with no crush tubes will be accepted. I think it was a member off here that ended up proving to QLD transport that crush tubes are not needed.

So much ignorance on the finer points of plastic, as with most regulations it's easier to ban something than determine what type of that something is suitable for a given application.

Cool something i can do to the GU..... buy only when day when 44" boggers are legal.
also you did it the best way too- get bodylift done as one of the first mods before anything else is modded its less hassle and inspection is very quick especially on a new 4b

As for quick inspection, not really, was still there for about an hour, and brake tests, steering etc. were still performed, even on a 3 month old vehicle.

raping arse was a figure of speech. no one wants to be raped by a fat guy in a suit holding a red pen. as long as its legit its sweet. qld tpt may hay slightly loosened their sphincters the last few years if they have its good news 4 every 1.
