I have a 94 ti with a factory lokka these have been covered loads of time on the forum but i need pics of the locking mechanism on the rear.
the vacume is there the diapram is moving but diff is still not locking dont realy want to dive into the diff without seeing how the mechanism works

hey mate here's a link to another thread on here with an exploded diagram of the factory rear locker and final drive assembly. i think if the locker is switching on and the diaphragm is moving then its most likely gonna be the dog teeth on the locking ring, these wear due to engagement whilst moving as there is no synchro style setup like a gear box. not sure how much replacement parts are or wheather they are available
