hey guys, just got back, was an awesome weekend, im not going to give away too much, but i'll say abit...

the courses layed out were also, alot of variety and great to watch... especially the rolloverS (notice the S ;) )

lots of breakages, but whenever there was one they guys were right in there trying to fix it, alot of determinations in all the crews!!!!!!!!!

i think there were 12-13 entres, at the end there were around 6 who were running after the last stage, however this may be abit wrong :P

cuase i am crap at giving trip reports, and plus the drivers may want to tell there own stories, btw overkill did get his zook going again, but it broke on the first stage it tried on the next day, bad luck for the overkill crew that weekend

i'll just say a quick few words before i start on the video (which hopefully i'll have up sometime tonight)

a big  to all that were involved in the organisation. from the sheet that we got at the start of the weekend, through to the whiteboard setup, the commentators letting people know about the rigs and the events, and last but certainly not least the drivers for putting on an awesome show.

it certainly lived up to its reputation of being the hardest 4wd event held in australia, with 3 very hard rolls, and carnage caused to nearly every single rig.

was also good to catch up with some of the guys and girls from down south who'd made the trip up........hope the run home wasn't too bad for ya's

anyway, i'm off to capture the video from my camera (unfortunatly only got 1 of the hard rolls, but i'm sure someone will have the other 2)

sam was unforturnet not to be in the top 3, he was in second place trying to catch tony, but dnf'd on the last round when his buggy told him to f**k off when he was about to go down the bonus stage

considering the number of breakages, the scoring was very closely placed.

but it was an effort for all the competitiors just to get through some of those courses.
