Disco internl Cage DONE
Well,
Been planning and talking (typing) about this for some time, so...after 6 months of research on PBB and here, I asked my brother (architect) to draw up something that I had in mind and send it off to a structural buddy of his...after some ping ponging we got the final drawing and it took me a couple of days to weld it up (using 60x3, 50x3 and 40x3 DOM tube).
I also mounted my summit racing seats on the cage and teh corbeau harnesses - it sure feels tight and secure now...
I also treated myself to a bling bling Momo steering wheel and placed the ARB compressor in the top middle section (as seen in the pics). The steareo and teh ECU will also be placed in that region to ellude water.

Landyman, there are only 3 bends per side. The neouds are at the central junctions and each corner was re-inforced with a gusset.

Yeah...
The 3 bends were made to the 60mm main hoop that goes from the A pillar all the way to the rear wheel wells... the bends were made at the dash kink, the A pillar peak and the B pillar
