How much differance would there be in order to do this?

I havent done it to a Paj before, aside from the obvious conversion parts, you will needf to think carefully about gearing as the gearing is different between auto and man, so is the computer usually.

Firstly you will need the t/case with the auto as well (a 5sp t/case will not mate to an auto).
The engine ECU is different than a 5sp I think mainly for the kickdown function.
Console is different as well then you need pedals.
Fark the more I think about it I just don't think it's worth the effort and $$$$

righto just a thought. prob a hard job unless i had a front cut or similar. just weighing up a few options. prob stick with the 5spd and fix few things on the motor. only really the valve stem seals which i might just get the heads reco'd and be nice and clean up top.
