Calmini importer?

Post by KIWI »

Anyone know the name of the Calmini importer in Perth?
Has only recently started importing by the sound of it.
While I'm here, does air bubbles in the radiator over flow only mean a blown head gasket and/or cracked head, or could it be something minor.
Have replaced radiator cap, but still doing it, no temp rise and starting to use a little water.Been like this a week now.
Might be an excuse to take it off the road shortly and do some of the mods I wanted. (SAS on the cards at the mo' just trying to track best axle setup and see what gremlins might appear after doing this)

Thanks in advance,
Dave

So spit it out Dave, what are you looking at getting from Calmini?

Why do you want the Perth dealer? I believe there are outlets for Calmini on the east coast...

No special reason for the Perth dealer, they were the only ones I had heard about.
Still tossing up on whether to go SAS or not yet, truck still has a 2 year warranty so looking at a Calmini lift, rear bumper,LSD and hubs.
Its either this or I am trying to find more info on TRAC suspension (Japan)
Would like to go SAS but a few guys in the US are still having probs with their setups, so might try to keep it simple. Price might be the major factor with Calmini though, probably quite pricey.
Seeing what my weight limit with Air NZ is also, as Im hoping to be in Perth later this year.

Kaos 4x4 in Canberra do Calmini as well. They have an affiliation with ACTJeepTraction of which some of us are memebers.
