63" Chev springs specs

Post by spazbot »

I need the specs for the 63" chev springs i have been seaching and all i can find is 63" eye to eye and 2 1/2" wide

I need/want to know the lengths and thickness of each spring in the pack and where the center pin is positioned.

If not i might have to do a run and get the tape measure out on cplux's

1st leaf is 63inch eye to eye and the pin is in the middle, 10mm thick has a rate of 320 pounds and an unloaded arch of 11 inch

2nd leaf is 54.5 inch long has a rate of 280 pounds

3rd leaf is 45 inch long and also has a rate of 280pounds and has a clamp near the end the wraps all 3 leafs together.

The spring rates on the chevys are allittle higher than the toyotas but it is due to the lynial (sp?) lenght of the spring that they flex so well.
