Plan

LN46 Hilux - $2500
Longs - $800
Duals + Gear Set - $1200
ARB Front - $1500 with compressor on a bad day
Spool Back - $300
Cross over - $1000 - double arm including huge price for pump - box - resivor
Put my current mazda;s in back
Rears in front

$7300 - i think it would be hell of a lot more capable than the runner
and i know it will probably add up to more with all the little bits :?

later on
38's
Hysteer
A Frame rear

www.redbook.com.au should be able to give you a good base price guide for the rig, then just add your mods etc and you should have a pretty good idea of market price.

www.autotrader.com.au also has a section where you can look up how much vehicles have sold for (2nd hand) over the last 12 months.

get something like a LN65, you want to add $500 for a turbo and the 5 speed is FAR better on road

Bubs
Welcome to the 83 club. Well soon anyway. Speaking from my experience....They look great They handle well once you've made the minor changes like getting rid of that Pissy J arm & torsion bar. You can do sooo much to them. They are a bit light in the arse though. Chuck heaps o' sheit in the back & it'll be sweet.

If you do find one...make sure you pull back the lino on the floor to check for heavy rust. They tend to start there on those models.
