I'm using EFS shockers and custom coils (Kings) and std front bars in my 03 Jack. As for whats best, its horses for courses. You will be told many different stories as to whats best. But I think they all will do the job.

The replacement front bars listed for my Jack were not as heavy as the originals. These were alot softer on the road too. The torsion bars in the later '03 Jacks as well as the rear coils are heavier duty then the earlier widetracks. Rear coils are longer too. It's a bit of a let down when I fitted the new 2" lift coils to find it dropped by 10mm. I sent the original rear coils and T\bars to EFS for them to test spring rates and found they were heavier then the replacements.
My Jack is a 12\03 model one of the last 3 brought into Aust before they were discontinued. This info may not be of any help to you guys as yours are different models to mine. But it does explain why I have kept the original T\bars.
