If you want to change non-vacuumed case, then old HJ60 whole transfer case is your choice, gear ratio and middle axles size is bit different than LJ70 transfer case, but all those can be modified to fit.

Make sure that pyro temp don´t definatelly go over 900 celsius or you can se BYE BYE to turbo AND engine.(or pistons)
I wouldn´t let it go over 850 celsius, but first I should install pyrometer before saying anything :roll:
It has layed at carage for months :lol:

Congratulations by the lift, now it´s easier to roll it over :lol:
I´m happy with few inch lift by Dobinson springs and shocks, should take some pictures and show them in the future, but theres not much to see.

Too big cooler don´t increase power, it looses it.

My opinion is that H260 is stronger. But I´m f*** up that I cant get any locks to H260/H233, at least any reasonoble price, locks to front+rear = about 2500 euros,WHICH IS QUITE MUCH, I can get Volvos portal axles for that price and they sure are locker axles. dont you find the turbo is too big??when are you getting usable boost?? gonna use a smaller one here.(mainly because that is what i have) just hope it will be ok at 3000+rpm..(cant find map for it,so gonna have to try it and see....0.48/0.48 garret gt2052, off 2.5l derv,could be too small though ...

Actually you only need 2x60mm 90 degrees curves and 0.5 metres 60mm straight pipe and some innovation to fit turbo to SD33 original exhaust manifold. :cool:

my oil supply and return fittings arrived today..BUT wrong size!! :x need to go to hydrolic shop and buy some more..but if i take mine off cant get there! do you know what size and thread the supply and reurn oil feed is ment to be?? ie the threads in the block.. cant start till i get them sorted ...

Turbo is S2 A or B,not sure...Works damn fine,today we installed homemade Dump Valve with ertasetan piston,WORKS DAMN FINE! :armsup: :cool:
And btw,boost pressure is 0.7 bar,not 0.5 bar like I earlier told,there were some pressure waist,what I repaired today.
