You will need to do a slight trim of the inner guard, so when you turn the wheels it dont scrape.
The GU`s have a big wheel arch and the 37`s seem to fit nice and not look out of place.

I had problems breaking engine mounts untill i bought genuine Nissan engine mounts and then problem solved.
Well worth the extra cost.

Yes they have been broken, but it takes some unholy abuse to do so even with largish rubber. 36's or less they are very very durable, 37's plus you need to think about your driving a bit and not just go at it like a rapped ape.

Im running 35" simexs on 16 x8 rims witha 4" lift and dont have a problem and i dont see you hving a problem with a 3" lift. It might just scrape on the inner rear gauds on full flex but only just. Nothing to worry about.
Was at the local 4x4 shop the other day and lined up 35" simex with the 36 ...

Before I got a winch I would get a hi-lift jack. Can be used for all sorts of purposes and also as a hand winch. Slow, and requires a bit of effort, but it can get you out of a lot of trouble. David

Hey i suppose when you put a set of nissan diffs in the Rovers, a nissan gearbox, change the wiring and throw in a chev or a 360 mopar donk then they arent to bad of a 4by. Hows that young grasshoppa.

How much power is to much for a comp truck.
We all hear 150rwkw -300rwkw but at what point does it become to much.
Surely traction must become a problem with some of the big horse power motors.

After being at the McNamara work shop the other day and seeing both lockers side by side on the bench and how they operate and are put together i will take the Pro locker any day. Just wish i had this info when i bought my ARB lockers because there would be a pair of Pro lockers were the ARB lockers ...

I had the same problem and it ended up being shot lower controll arm bushes.
I put repco bushes in and they lasted one trip, so i replaced them with nissan bushes and havent had a problem.
