just use a stanely knife push the blade through the sealant and run it round, that will cut the gasket and it will drop away.

hope that lil semi of yours is registered or has a nice big plug weld in the barrel, try calling a few old smiths they may have a spare stock lireing around the other option is to get on the US forums ans they have plenty and you might get a stock for it cheap.

did you grind the chrome plating off the knuckle before welding ?
doesnt look like the weld penetrated on the actual knuckle just stuck to the metal plate

my 105 series with 50mm suspension kit no roof racks and 275 rubber on just fits in under 2.1m car parks so you got no chance if you wanna put on the bigger rubber and 30mm spacers.

You cant have the best of both worlds....

Well you could if you went airbags on all 4 corners that way you can be ...

just buy a 2" or 50mm one with a pilot hole in it then get a machine shop to turn it out to 20mm and broach it to suit ur key. that would be a easy solution

put your stock rear springs in the front without the overloads and get a set of IFS rear springs and put them in the back with some 2" extended shackles, will flex pretty good them

stepping from 10 to 12 is a bit 2 small of a step i normally go a 5 or 6 pilot then step up to the 12 , gives the cutting face a lil more support but the web is still free to turn.

to convert the cases you will need a new top plate new shift rails and a few other small items, if you already have the case parts may cost upwards for $100 to buy to do the conversion, or you can get a complete topshift case for between $250-500, you could talk to a wrecker and see if they would do ...

thats normal thats the light to say the center diff lock is engaged, if you press the button it will engage it in high range, will always engage as soon as you put it into low range
