hmm thats weird, mine went on almost all the way, then I shaked, and wiggled it on the rest of the way. the last cm I used the bolts to tighten her up. Make sure everything is aligned proper, and other than that I dont know.

ya I know u have to have vacs lines on correctly. I got a weber for a real good price of 120.00 and I cant believe the difference.... amazing.
