If you're cutting the knuckles off, wouldn't it be just as usefull to cut the tubes and weld them on the other side instead of flipping the diff?

Why not just use the GU transfer case or something similar (Rover, mog, volvo, G Wagon,)?

There are a few companies over there that do wild things to ...

Are these easy to rebuild? It's been out in the open for a few years and I think there was water in the inlet/outlets.

Should I rebuild it or just find another one?

Made in the US, and there is a price on there for both early and late hubs. I suspect the rears are the same ie: semi float as they don't have the hub assembly on them.

Forgot to ask, Front or rear bearings?
Fronts are a unit bearing, rears need the retainer removed and pressed on.

Front hub assemblies

Not the cheapo crap Ebay jobbies, but genuine Made in the USA hubs.

Coilovers legal in NSW?

Searched, but lucked out.

Anyone have any idea whether coilovers are legal in NSW? Engineering point of view especially, ie: will an engineer pass them?

Obviously, there are the ways they are mounted etc, but I'll look into that when I work out if an engineer will sign off on it.

Thanks in ...

Unless you're running stupidly huge tyres and intend to do some mud bogging, why are you needing the Dana 60's?

Why not Nissan/'Cruiser diffs?

I know some Fords had them, (some where evn dual rear wheels). Fronts, most were 44's unless you wnt to go with later Fords, som ewith s super 60? But ...
