Can anyone confirm the towing capacity for a 1992 Vitara Estate 4 door manual. I think it is 500kg un-braked and 1200kg braked just want to confirm.

98lux, seen that 80 and she would look great in my driveway however 30k is my absolute max so its a bit out of my price range. By the look of it most say wreck the 60 and look for a TD 80.

I really like the 12HT in the 60 and its in good condition. I suspect I would get next to nothing for the 60 as it has a fair bit of rust and since the motor and gearbox are in such good condition is there anything that I could swap it into?

Already have GU 4800 petrol Wagon on 35's but it is getting expensive to drive to work every day but I need it for family holidays and to tow the boat. I have 15k to spend on buying and modifing a lwb zook, what would you recomend. I live in QLD so SPOA is not an option. Zook must be daily drivable and run on 32/33's.

Turbo 6.5 Chev is a piece of shit, I was thinking of something that would bolt up to the existing gearbox? What motor was the Isuzu that was offered in the county? Would this bolt up? How do they perform with a blower? Are they available?

If you have a County with a V8 petrol what is the easiest/best option to convert to diesel?

I am looking at buying a 110 defender will be setting it up with 3" spring lift and running 33" BFG's my budget to buy a base vehicle is low 20"s is there a year model any better than others that I should be looking for.

2' Body and best quality 2" Springs and shocks you can afford. Easy to do and best compromise for high and low speed driving.

Is it possible to bolt up any of the Rover V8 Petrol engines into a 130 cab chassis? I think the gearbox is a R380 in the 130. If not is there an adapter available to install a new chev v8? any options you could recomend would be greatly appreciated.

Just measured my 35" MTR's on 15x10 on a diesel 75 and they measured 34.8 not bad I am thinking.

Wizard Performance on the Gold Coast does a 4 and 6 inch lift for a 60 I think.

Had a death in the family and had to move back to Sydney for 8 months and wife had a baby 3 months ago so just have not had the time. I am back at our property on the Gold Coast now so will look at starting something in the near future.
