ok we have been tinkering a little with the car- as it hasnt been driven in a fair while and it was pulled down to refresh it, it needed a little refinment and adjustment.... works real well now even with the rear swaybar in its road driving set up.... will go further if the brick work wasnt all ...

if you have welded the sun gears up even the slightest bit crooked it dont matter how strong an axle you get you'll bust it. get another centre and start again will be your cheapest option.

they show up on trademe NZ quite regularly, but sell for around the $800 mark. best bet is to find a jtop thats not running with the wheels. but they arnt very common in oz are they? if you need a contact over here dont hesitate to ask. i have searched hi and low but cannot get an answer as to what model pajero these factory 18 inch wheels are off. all i keep getting told is that they are of an imported pajero. any help is much appreciated.

i agree. i looked at the mx5 option. 1.6lt twin cam, injected, rearwheel drive and there are many performance parts out there. just jap at Moorebank in sydney has the complete conversion (motor- all bolt ons, box, wiring and computer) and was willing to throw in other things like cross members ect ...
