i am currently doing that conversion atm but have changed from supercharging to turbo i am using the vitara gearbox just made adaptor plate for it

There is alot of room in front of the radiator just gotta cut a little bit out for pipes. Got parts for engine so putting back this weekend building a new sump out of alloy aswell so big end is flipped.

i am have a front mount intercooler in process of rebuilding engine then starting to put in

also wondering how much hp the gearbox and diffs will be able to take

i guess i will have to make a adaptor plate then. planning to convert 4agze into vitara in the next couple of weeks hopefully

if you use a vitara gearbox do you have to use the 4agze clutch and flywheel

hey mate i work for RCR laser we make long range fuel tanks for tjm get on to them about a tank

fuel filter is clean had the injectors cleaned a while back got new spark plugs not leads yet

Hey guys been having some trouble with my vitara Efi g16 it is really boggy when starting off i have checked the timing put all new plugs in checked all the sensors even changed the dizzy but it is just the still the same just wondering if anyone else had the same problem

Spread a vice a little wider than the axle, sit the cv ontop of the vice axle facing downward, hold the cv and axle, lift up then bash down onto the vice, they should separate easy and you have heaps of control as well as pressure

Are you able to plug a computer into the stock vitara ecu to find out if the sensors are working rite

wat about putting the engine into the vitara bay is it much stuffing around or would it be worth putting a turbo on the 1.6 as i only need to run low pound to help the old girl out

It's a good point though. I think vitaras have more than enough power to highlight their dodgy handling.

My vitara has abit of power and the handling is really great i reakon nothing dodgy about the handling in mine

give dale a ring from 2dextreme ia m sure he would be able to whip something up for ya

Built a tray and wondering wat the requirements are for tail lights as in how far from the side of the 4x4 and how close and stuff like that to get roadworthy

Hey having some problems putting a fan belt on a 97 tj wrangler 4ltr petrol needing a diagram

had the same exprience on a hill but no ruts just clay scariest thing i ever did nearly didn't make it i was lucky to stop my car or i would rolled over as i was heading for a steep drop off

hey mate i would get that uni changed before it goes same happened to me blow the uni tailshaft nearly went through the floor

that is how i did mine put a weld on it the hit it out with a punch

yer i think it is a oz motor the parts are expensive for them
