I have lightforces on the front of mine,not the cheapest but light as a feather and very strong.Ran up the bum of a laser and pushed them into
the grill didnt even scratch or break them but busted the grill.@ about $300 for the 170 lights.

Gearbox carnage
Why not go for a gearbox out of a Rocky,dam strong and should handle a V6 without a problem,as from what i remember the box is also used in the three tonne delta 4x4 trucks.

trans case problem
I had a similar problem with this in my rocky,except it would jump out whether you had power on or off.It ended up being the syncros in the transfer case were worn.Had them done and problem gone.Also had a 2" body lift in it to.

Dont know about the Feroza but when the original speakers out to replace them with new ones the original 4 inch was only rated to 15 watts. How long you use them shouldnt realy matter. At least its good to see someone who cleans their oil after trips. are you running an ARB compressor,if not what compressor are you using and what pressuer is it putting out.If you are is the pressure switch and the solenoid working correctly?

Did you fit them yourself? If its the same as a rocky you will need to pul the dash out,and that is a real pain in the preverbial,as i have done all this when i did a body swap and hopefully dont have to do it again

ARB Compressor
Ive never had a problem with my ARB compressor,had it for 2 years now and regularly pump up 4x33x12.5x15 tyres and run the locker every trip. Have you checked to see its not in need of a service as you can get complete service kits for them from ARB
