Um when i did it all, it was at 215ks and sold it to my mate it had done 230ks and now i think its at 270 odd.when i first did it i slipped some big end bearings in while i had the sump off doing the turbo drain back pipe. Because i had heard they like hammering the bearings when you put some power ...

My last 80 series tow rig had 185 hp at the rears at 14psi. Was a real good thing to drive and still got 12 ltrs to the hundred around town and 15ltrs when towing. I put a dts turbo kit on it dts front mount kit 3inch exhaust no mufflers and a hottie diesel pump. oh and was on 285/75/16s.

Hay brooksy i ask around alot of people in the (Know) before welding my diff together and most people said 7 degs was the go for abit of speed so thats what i went for and it looks pretty good to me

For my front A frame i have used a 1 3/4 cromo hiem joint from chris reid i think 75 bucks with high miss spacers and pipe bung and
jam nut. 0400884088.

Thats a pretty good point dave cause that car was on its lid for about 20 to 25 mins before the next car came along and if we did not go looking for help we would have not seen any one till then. I think that if there is going to be another event to this scale there really has to be alot more ...
