Re: QLD Engineers - Seating Changes

That's just a job for some one who does mod plates not an engineer as far as I know. What area you in? Well yeah, Engineer - Mod Plater. Always been the same thing in my eyes. such as knocking heads during braking/cornering. I'd argue that with 'but a Troopcarrier has these exact same seats'... l0l ...

QLD Engineers - Seating Changes

Hi All, I know this is general tech and I'm talking about a Toyota, but it is more an engineering question. I am about to start rebuilding my Middy shortly and one thing I have been stuck on finding is whether or not I can legally put Troopy Side Seats in the back of it. I'd like to do this legally ...

Seat Compatibilty for FJ73 Middy...

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if there are any other seats that will fit in the front and rear of a Middy...?

I assume any FJ75 fronts should fit, but what about the rears?
Or anyone getting rid of a rear seat?

Let me know when you are going to do it and I'll come round for a look-see.

It's not that hard really and I don't see you having any issues with it.
I can at least show you how I did mine.

I've bought a FRP Windscreen Frame before and not long after buying it I took it back and got my cash back. They are a heavy unit, the 6 bolt holes on the front seemed to be back by a very thin metal, a magnet could hardly find it. Didn't fit well at all as has been mentioned above. I think the ...
