I've been running a ct20 off the feed on my block for 12 months now so it definatley is an oil feed. Just unscrew the bolt and replace it with a fitting and braided oil line to the turbo. I think 7psi around your paddock sounds about right. In order to reach maximum boost, your motor needs to come on full load and the fuel needs to be screwed up a little to suit. I think I'll do the same and start with 1/2 turn and see what effect that has. Would rather have reliabillity over performance, which can't be worse than before the turbo was bolted on. Thanks for the replys everone. I think Im going to try and source a different topplate/compressor from a wrecker on sat morning. Help Fitting Turbo
Well I finally pulled my finger out and starting fitting up a turbo to the lux, but ive struck a problem and need some advice... Im using the standard manifold and turbo off a surf and trying to fit it to my 2.8 hilux, but don't seem to have enogh space between the inlet and the two "pipes"...
