how come you went with the intergrated one over the bolt on one. and what did you have to change with your rad. Came down the the more compact look and in the end i decided that being able to adjust the vlave clearances with it on would be handy when getting serviced. By rad i actually meant head ...

Took the head off tonight and discovered that i had managed to crack all 4 pistons. Pretty good effort i think ...

Hey Brendo, I've just completed swapping over a 3l to a TD42, the wiring was dead simple, I don't see why the TB would be any harder. You will need a new dash cluster in order to get hte tacho working correctly i would asume as the TD using a magnetic pickup wheras the TB counts points on the disi ...

Hi Mate, I'm by no means an expert on this however i was looking into these a few months ago before the 3L Blew up on me. I was told if it's cheap then it's probably not the best. They might state all these amazing facts about the quality of the gears but from what i've heard and read you can't beat ...

Yeah everytime i have it apart it gets a clean in and around that general area. I had a catch can on it for a while so it isn't too bad in general.

Will soon be going Diesel Gas so i'm hoping for cleaner oil which should help with the dirty intake aswell.

Super Spongy Brakes

Hi there, been having issues over the last few months with spongy brakes on my 01 Series 2 GU. I'm running 35's so i expect the performance to be average however i don't think the ammount of sponge in the pedal to be normal. I've installed braided brake lines and i'm now thinking that i should ...
