The tanks are 77L in the single cab and i think 65L in the duals ...

Yeh i like that rubber job too.

The rivnut is a good idea, not really worth buying the gun and everything to use it for 2 bolts. May aswell just drill and tap.

I take it you can get the rubber ones in all sorts of sizes, really would only be able to get a 4 or 6mm bolt in there.

I tried to kill my 3RZ at about 160000 for a warranty job, yeah i know stupid. Anyway as much as i tried to "sensibly" kill it, it didnt even change the results of a compression test. Now at 180 and nothing has changed.

You forgot, new bolts 2 inches longer. If the sticks have to be lenghtened or the floor cut then take the carpet, and seats out. Bullbar or bumper has to come off.

Its really a Pain in the ass.

If you like the ones you have now i wouldnt think there would be THAT much of a difference. I have the st-c, honestly a waste of money and i hate them. Absolutely no grip on rocks becuase they are such a hard compound and the tread doesnt clean out rocks. It does seem to clean mud out ok though. For ...
