I ended up going to Clark rubber vying it off the role putting some lanoline inbetween the rubber and the metal is an extra thing that I did to help the :agrue: situation

where to get parts for a thomas winch

hey guys been a while just bout myself a thomas pto drive and winch just wondering if anybody knows where you can grab parts for them. just want to reseal and put new bearings and replace anything thats shot before i put it onto my cruiser, thanks in advance guys ;)

im with ray on this one adjust the rear brakes and go from there when i first got my cruiser the brakes were average i ended up renewing all the worn parts pads,rotors and shoes and rebuilding the front calipers and the car stops now, really well thats all id recommend.

depending on what is leaking there not all that hard to reseal do it in under an hour kits cost 30.00

i needed a water pump for my rocky the other day thought to my self that i would not see one for a week and get this when i walked into my rep co store they had one for within 2 hours. parts aren't hard to find its finding a shop that sells the parts and is willing to get them in for you :twisted:

as bj said trow away the standard crap and buy 200m8 and 200 m6 stainless steel nuts and bolt i didnt even keep my nuts and bolts i just threw them in the bin retap any bolt hole that is tight and use plenty of never seize ;)

i find that the easyest way to get them out when they are this bad si to hit a coldchissel into it get say 3mm into the plug and then using a dull cold chissel twist it out works real quick.

clearances were maybe not done properle worn hub and a syncro or maybe he put something in wrong for the money you spent it should be spot on. 7500 thats steep as id want to know what he replaced ive rebuilt gearboxes that were completly stuffed torn teeth bent shafts for half that price.

ok matt Firstly there are two diffrent 2h blocks a early and a late main diffrece is the timmingcase if you can find a early 60s,you will be able to get the ps pump and harmonic ballancer from that vehicl as the block type is the same the engine mount and pump will not alter the angel of the motor ...
