i have a complete front diff here if you want it..hahaa or the centre

the axle tubes have been changed to suit spring over so they wont eb of any use to you.

i threw the rear axle out a while ago now

No mate progress has hit a dead stop for the last few months due to health problems. BUT i started on it again this week so should get some more happening now. rear driveshaft and brakes are now done. front upper link is now nearly done gotta go kick her in the guts and get the motor some useage ...

well just a quick update i had a few more health problems so progress is slow but basically completed the rear suspension and the front suspension, minus the shocks. gotta strip it all back down,, weld the shit and gusset the shiti out of it all couple of very quick pics to get the idea http ...

its all made...ahaha....im waiting on a few heim/rose joints to complete the front then its taking it to the workshop to strip back down, weld everything up, gusset everything...then slap it back together and test:)

just a quick update, pics to follow later

got myself aset of hilux diffs, and some coils

the rear 4link has been done, ill put up pics when i can.

now starting the 3link front end

should be ready for a burn in a few weeks :D provided everything goes well

i first ran 35" tyres with a sagged 3" suspension lift no issues...ever so slight rub at full flex but no biggy i got the 36/37" simex centerpedes on for offroading. and with 6.5" lift all round i get a fair bit of scrub and full flex, but i havnt extended any bump stops yet dave

thanks guys im running 37" simes extreme trekker 2's (centerpedes) on landcruiser 16" rims, no spacers yet but im making up some spacers to make the track as wide as possible and yeh.....now after lots of experimentation etc im gonna run only 2 leafs in each pack, and scissor shackles on the rear ...

atm they are open, but i will be welding the rear, and i dunno about the front..thinking about welding the front as well, but dont know if its gonna be practical offroad with a welded front diff....not to mention strain on the front cv's and axles need to widen the wheel track a bit more with ...

well the soa conversion has been completed, and its first minor test run completed the front diff needs to be redone, as the angle iss too great for the uni shafts and they wont turn, but todays run was in rwd so all was good its gonna be a fun machine some pics for your amusement dave http ...
