late 94 the injected g16b motor was introduced....
make sure its injected or dont bother with it..
on angles the carby models conk out...
and the carby models chew the juice..
i get 400km out of one tank with 31's.. a few mates strugle to get 250km out of a tank..

i just smacked some 50mm coil spacers in the rear and 30 mm spacers in the front... works fine, in the rear longer shocks
for the front got some 50mm strut spacers which drop the original struts to give you 50mm more down travel...
alot cheaper than the calmini kits and work prob just as good as ...

a mate has a wrangler with 33's. 2 inch lift and is pretty capable, locker in the front...
dont really need a locker in the back as the limo in his is pretty tight..
great cars but very thirsty, and parts are very expensive.
also they are pretty uncomfortable as a daily if you have muddies on it ...

yeah mate fill it while its hot, it does expand-thus 2 level indicators.
fill it directly through the dipstick with a funnel or some hose.

vr commodore shocks??? most prob too long as vl shocks are way too long and the springs will fall out all the time..
i have 30mm spacers in front which give 60mm lift, and 50mm spacers in the back

lol im running 31's on sierra stock rims... drop em down to 10psi then let more out(my guage doesnt read any less than 10) soim prob running between 6-8psi...
i have never rolled a rim off a tyre
i have reduction gears so i have no choice but to go in high range. just keep the revs up over 4,000 ...

my vitara has been to many places reliably, over xmas went to tazzi (single car) and did fine, never had to get it towed, always made it home... alot more room than a sierra and alot more stable...
mine has 2" lift, struts have been dropped 2", rear air locker(leaker) reduction gears, 31's. bar ...

yeah excedy, but i wouldnt go heavy duty, i have found my clutch to never be right with the heavy duty. when i change mine again i will be putting a excedy standard back in it...

did u make sure the clutch is lined up and centered?
if u already have the engine mounts off it may prove easier-clearence wise to bolt the gearbox in the zook, use a engine crane or block and tackle to move the engine all the way foreward(take clutch fan off) and then lower and line it up with the ...

for beack driving the best thing is to prob keep it pretty low and use standard road tyres... my zook loves sand with standard tyres that are pretty worn down...
too much lift and high speed beach driving(like fraser-80km/h) can end in disaster...
