Hey just asking as well as I havent found any specific information about changing to a td42. Wats the best gu to convert? 4.5, 3.0 or 2.8? ive got gq with 4.2 manaul, wat other gear would I need to convert into gu?

Hey mate ive got a 2x 4l60e gearboxs 2 suit ls1. one is already mated with the marks adapter to a patrol transfer case which also has rockhopper gears in it..tryin to sell as one piece, 2xgearboxs, adapter plate, transfer case with the rockhoppers

I threw a turbo on my oiler at bout 270,000kms.. Running a gt307, swaftec pump and 30 pound of boost and she loves the 200hp on 35s.. The mav loves a flogging. Never missed a beat

just got custom pump fitted and tuned on my td after fitting new gt3071 and 600x300x76 intercooler.. dyno run got 170hp on 35s running but 22psi.. with restictive air intake and have to change turbo dump pipe and should reach 200hp once sort out the problems... pump good for 220hp.. boost comes on ...

sorry kiwi only got in a quick drive before heading back out to work.. Yer I expect it will have way less lag once new pump gets fitted. Yer its not getting built for crawling more open stretchs too

got the 3071 on the mav up and running on the wkend and went for quick drive.. cooler not mounted up yet so just plumbed straight up.. was a bit of lag in it but ill go for a drive once intercooler goes on.. hopefully before the swafftec pump goes on monday so will be able go for a drive on every ...

im just got my 3071 for td42 and will be fitting up hopefully this wkend.. atm ive got 2860rs so will be able to tell exactly how it drives.. also changing intercooler from large water to air to a 780x300x76mm air to air cooler.. im expecting to be laggy with this turbo but a swaftec industries pump ...

Was getting high egts with the current setup..bout 650c nothing stupid but i want more fuel so need to bring the egt ...

ive gone from a 2860rs to 3071 due to it not being up to what it was intend for.. the 2860rs was great.. good a everyday driver awesome low down torque.. its also for sale too and done less than 5000kms

just bought a turbo glide kit with ball bearing turbo and have imported a water to air intercooler of votionspeed in the us.. cheap as.. 600 bucks complete.. havent received the gear yet just wondering how much hp ill get out of the old td42.. how much boost will i be able to pump into sucker? cheers

hey mate email nissbits@hotmail.com he has all sorts of rubbers for rear windows.. real cheap genuine stuff.. good as to deal with.. i brought sliding glass rubbers with metal sliders already in it for 500 bucks less than nissan wanted for them..

yer mate carried out few searches but nothing telling me exactly what i what.. 50mm lowered bump stop should be enough as can still fully flex but even with cut back guards, still get some rubbing.. so only need a bit extra to get me out of guards.. had a quick look at the new rancho xl they look ...

im about to buy new shocks for rear as damaged outer casing. about to lower bump stops 50mm so 37's so dont keep srubin out everywhere. so does that mean i can put in longer shocks with bumps lowered?? what length??

haha zilzie mavs just finished carrying out winch practices.. we are looking good. the new winch is hauling ass.. big ass.. pity the mav looks like a old kingswood atm with all the panel beatin it received.... supermav is getting stripped to be ready to 3 car!!
