yeah was a good run, the hard exit to cp2 was fun as was the cp5 creek run and the loose climb up to the lookout stopped a few aswell.
I managed to scare the crap out of the misses a few times too!!! :D

call jack beedums in redcliffe as they do aftermarket headers for around the $500 installed, wildcat brand made locally and follow the oe routing around the sump, and they work well

leave the rear on otherwise it gets a little tippy if you must extend the links on the rear and disco the front
a tj is not safe with both front and rear off at speeds over 60km

there is a few options with the arb lift as you can specify heavy load springs wich will net 2-3 inch after they settle otherwise the standards will sit at 2.5

you really need to ask yerself what tyre size you wish to go up to!!

you can put 31x10.5 on it stock, lift wise 2-3 inch will work really well with 31's off road and give you a bit more flex etc

arb make a good kit for the tj that will net around 2.5 inch lift

I had a similar noise on the weekend, found it was the shock sliding on the bar pin due to a worn rubber, grab the bottom half of the shock and see if you can move it around, It took a while to find the noise as it only did it occasionly

the panels were moulded from the old one before it rusted away

the daihatsu centers are the same as another diff type (dana i think) and he just matched them up

we have another project sitting at home scat trayback f55 i think,
