i run -30 offset rims on my GU
i dont get any scrubbing and they sit inline with the factoru flares (99 GU ST)
-30 aparently will fit onto the 4.8 aswell but not 100% sure

I managed to get my hands on a Warn High Mount but it dosent come with control box (solenoids) or controller.

i would start pulling the motor out to swap it for an auto or start chopping it before i got to that stage

where are you bleeding from? as there's a bleeder on the slave cyl itself,
but
if you trace the line back up from the slave cyl to the firewall it goes thru a little box looking thing (technical name for it eh?) and theres a bleeder there too, done the exact same thing with my old patrol spent ...

i've tried bleeding it with it running and still not gettign enough stroke to disengage the clutch,

Trouble bleeding clutch in GQ Patrol
I just replaced the clutch slave cyl and the clutch hose.
now i'm cant get her to bleed through, it goes rock hard, then because it's power assisted wen i start the car it goes very soft and i cant put it into gear.
any tricks? ideas? anything?

too close to xmas at the moment, will just sit on my dildo till the new year and will be on the hunt for a cheap GU for about $9k, either a 4.5L on gas or a 2.8L TD..
