Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Could be a VERY interesting front diff modification - already have an air locked rear, and you can't beat a full locker - but its hard work to get a locked front.

So will this fit in the front of a F300 ?
Can u write some details about your air locked rear diff??

Yeh, theyre ok for light stuff... but nothing too major
The terios i bought new, after 1.5 years i did SAS for feroza ;)

The terios can do offroad, but not tough terrain.
Not recomended for the car condition.

what about the terios manual gearbox?? is it interchangable?
it's first gear ratio is 4.059. could be good for rock crawling with 235 tires...

charade gear ratio:
1st: 3,500
2nd: 2,111
3rd: 1,392
4th: 0,971
5th: 0,794
Reverse: 3,538

just if you want higher final speed change the 5th gear, otherwise i don't see any improvment.

I have found Diferential crawl ratios for the Rocky, if anybody is interested we could get a group discount they even have limited slip .

i wrote that my front diff is running not working... cause my tranny is 2wd/4wd. we aint full time 4wd.

There are some full time 4wd ferozas round the world... no locking/free wheeling hubs and they have a centre differential... I think this is what is meant.


Kent (Toyhatsu) has one in USA.

Our Rozas aint full time 4wd... we just dont have lock hub and no centre diff. cause my english is very ...

I'm not from down under - I'm from Israel (small country - big problems ) and the Roza certainty has a problem from the drive pinion & ring gear - grinding noise at low speed , small bits and metalic looking dust in the diff oil.
What is that welding thing you sugested ? and how does it efect road ...

What is the dimensions of the rear wheel bearing??
And what is the part number of the bearing (for your manufacture)?

Don't know if this is any help but i've a mate who is an industrial designer who uses solid works and has it on his home PC. I'm sure i'd be able to get him to help if i could provide him with what to create.

the factory service manual i have in hand. but the draw there is just a sketch. no scale or full dimension...

p.s if anyone took pic of rear diff (and shaft) opened up it will help ...

the idea is to engrave truck shaft to the roza's dimensions with extra spline for the lock dog... similar to the maxidrive and as seen in this pic

Is the ausi fez EFI engine MPFI? or SPFI?
cause if it's single point maybe the air filter base is similar??

LSD case (or find the manufacturer...) i think the Diff lock for fez
is reachable.

I have an idea how to build a (rear) Diff lock for our Roza’s.
To run this idea I need to know if the standard Diff (side gears and diff pinion) can be installed inside the LSD case.
Another thing I need to know if I can find the LSD Diff case assy and cover.
I know that LSD Diff isn’t so common ...

I want to change my original air filter case cause of that I found after the filter some dirt. I replaced the filter but I think that it doesn’t seal so good.
I need a recommend for air filter case that match the carburetor type.

my question is it legall? cause were i come from you can't change even tyres unless the importer engineer or the manufacturer confirm the change...
the problem is that we should pass the car licensing test every year...
