The terios can do offroad, but not tough terrain. There are some full time 4wd ferozas round the world... no locking/free wheeling hubs and they have a centre differential... I think this is what is meant. Kent (Toyhatsu) has one in USA. Our Rozas aint full time 4wd... we just dont have lock hub and no centre diff. cause my english is very poor ...
