Is there an easy way to tell what size offset my 15x8 sunraysia rims have got( -22, +10 etc etc) how do you come up with these figures, what measurements do i need to take.

My GQ had the same problem, ended up doing 50mm bodylift and replaced all 10 body mounts at the same time , knocking under the feet gone. My mounts seemed fine aswell but must have been worn enough to give a knock.

Can someone tell me if 4.3 ratios from a 2.8TD GU fit into a '99 4.5 petrol with standard 3.9 ratios, is everything a straight swap over or is there more to it.

I have been checking out the same thing recently, phoned nissan to find out what year bullbars fitted which year model ( i wanted to fit an 03 bar to my '99 GU)

GU 1 1998 - 2001 (sep)

GU 2 2001 (oct) - 2004 (sep)

GU 3 2004 (oct) - I think he said to present

This is for genuine nissan bars, ARB ...

I have a '99 4.5GU auto wagon and it is starting to feel a bit lumpy when idling,I have been told the tappets may need adjusting. I know my GQ had adjustable tappets, does the GU have the same and could this be causing the rough idle if not set properly, also is it a big job (expensive) to set them ...

does anyone know if 15" rims will fit a 1999 4.5efi GU, I know the later models only fit 16" but seem to remember hearing that the older ones would fit 15's

Has anyone used or know of a brand of shocks called RAW, I was looking at some today to suit a 4" lift for $175 each , Had ranchos on my last car but have come across these but want some opinions first, any other recomendations on brands without having to rob a bank to get them.

just picked up a 99 gu 4.5 auto yesterday, question is on the dash should there be lights for P,D,R,1,2, there seems to be a space for it but i cant seem to see any display and it doesn't light up (if they are there) with the first click on the ignition,
