Yah I had to just trim a small amount from infront of the rear wheel arch.
Other than that all fit no dramas
I think it's too high though. I'd like to drop an inch actually.
updated pic,

trik and cheezy beadlocks are spun in lillydale and having talked to the guy who does the spinning the trik ones are 2mm thinner lighter and stronger due to the extra edge formed on them. It's not always about size, sometimes shape is more improtant. these are the the ones you see on ebay, get them ...

i use xtra form steel 400
cheap and much stronger than mild steel
also 10mm for a bullbar is way over kill.
if you are using 250 grade mild steel, i'd suggest 5mm for the cradel and 40nb heavy wall for the wings.

.
compared to a 5link front end i'd say no they dont have good flex. 5 link puts the 80 series flex to shame.

jeeps have 5 link front and rear and ride well with it, but they have a large sway bar for a light weight 4wd.
if you do it on a heavy car just fab up a giant swaybar with quick disconects, i'm talking like 40mm solid, and you'll have the best of both worlds.

i chopped mine a few years ago and have since sold it Chop was done alone at work with a 5" grinder, that took 2 hours. Touching up the sides and finishing them off took another 6 hours. I welded up the edges and capped them with folded checker plate. That cost about $60 in ally. Then i build a roll ...

depends on the size of the cv really. simple fix, get the main nut off, get brakes off then 3 bolts for the wheel bearing unit and your just about there. what size tyres is he running? if it's not a rubicon it will have a d30 diff which actually has pretty small outers so is probably only really ...

not too hard to replace. And like any 4wd, tell your mate not to have the wheels cranked to one side while gunning the go pedal.
