People this is a serious question, help the guy out.
Mate just p.m 8UFF35T he does work for 4wd action and ARB. He also does some work for Repco, Engineering fridges.
This bloke can pass anything for you at the right price.

Timing? I would guess your AFM is the reason you are overfuelling. Mate I ran a vl high comp with 250rwkw stock computer so nisstune wont solve your problem. I would start with the cheap stuff first. As above over 2 yrs old from ebay and I paid 140 to my door.
Mine did blow a fuse early on and i found the power wire (inside the plastic casing)was pinched between the body and earthing out.
Otherwise its been faultless and very happy with its performance.

looking at getting a winch next week. ive got a bond battery (i think the biggest 700+ cca) to run a low mount winch do i really need duel batterys?? Relo of mine brought a 95 paj wagon in mint cont (v6 auto) 150kms for $4000.
I dont think you would find a auto diesel for that price without having to spend a decent amount of money on it. Even if you did it would be very high kms.
